Only send invitations to guests. Vendors will be attending to provide you with a service. They do not need to be invited.

If you mean the vendors who are providing the goods and services for your wedding the answer would be no. They may have become friends during your wedding planning process but they may feel awkward and somehow obligated if they receive an invitation. Please let them know you appreciate their services and their assistance but keep your relationship professional. Good luck on your wedding

Unless you start to like them as friends, no. After all, they do know about the wedding already:)
However, if they give you some sort of deal or discount, it would be a nice gesture.

why pay for the extra postage, invites , just for them to say no. Invite your close friends and family to join in your wonderous day
