He is in only one of my classes, so i dont see him often, but heres da story:
He asked me out, I said no. But he keeps starin @ me! He even wrote me a love note sayin multiple times that he LOVES ME! Ugh! I've told him how i felt. And Im angry. How do I let the kid no he doesn't have a chance?

Sometimes, the more you respond to someone, (even if it's to tell them to get lost), you are continually opening the door for
them to keep trying, thats just the way some people are.
However, if you IGNORE him, and I mean IGNORE!!, by not
responding to him in ANY way.
Don't let his stares bother you, you're only feeding his ego when he can get a rise out of you.
Don't speak to him.
Don't look at him.
And don't let your guard down, and eventually he'll give up trying.

Take this serious and tell your teacher or someone in the office, he can be crazy, so just be careful, not to ever be alone, stop talking to him...and save the notes he writes, and keep a note on how many times he bothers you....be safe and tell your parents too...

well just be upfront with him. and if necessary get someone else involved like a parent or counselor to talk to him.
