Im basing this question on BEING ALLOWED to hang a picture of Jesus or scripture in your classroom. Would you riot hypocritically if it were someone else's god/God being displayed?

One more thing: It would also have to be based on if Musslims were not condemned from doing so (I just though of that right after posting). Either way, you get the concept :)

No I would not riot because part of Christianity teaches us to Love Thy Neighbor and to do unto others as you would like done to you. If we as Human Beings, one by one set an example of tolerance of all peoples beliefs, we can bring about change no matter how long it takes. If the people of this world looked at each other as fellow human beings instead of defining a person according to their beliefs there would be less violence and more unity amongst us.

Let clear something out first, Mohammed is the prophet, while Allah means God. Right? It is FORBIDDEN to be exposed any image of the prophet Mohammed, so hypothetically, what would you put in a classroom I wonder. Then only in very rare cases through Europe you could see ( In Catholic colleges mainly) only a cross in the classroom, but nowhere a picture of Jesus, if that's not an icon. I see your idea, but it's based on misconceptions and your bias in "Would you hypocritically..". If I am wrong do correct me,without being biased and politely .Why you think that all the bashing ,especially to Islam is an inevitable feature of every Christian. "Riot" is a heavy word, hypothetically I will not, but what will be put in return ( what willl be put up? and why exactly in the classrooms).

Uh, no, I don't get the concept, my friend. Are you saying someone IS allowed to hang pictures of Jesus in a classroom? Of a public school? Where? Are you talking about the U.S.? Could you give some details, please? I'm a Christian, and even I can see that that is definitely a no-no.
Now, what's this about a Christian riot? When was the last time you witnessed a Christian riot?
And speaking of classrooms, my friend, if I may suggest, you really should find one where they teach English, go in, and sit down.

The answer is big YES. Christians, Jews , Buddhists, and women have no rights in Muslim countries. Should you have the courage to ask silly question like " Will you protest if somebody hangs Buddha or Jesus picture in your school ?" in any Muslim country, it will probably be the last question you will ever ask.
So please use some more intelligent arguments !!!!
My opinion is that religious pictures should be in church schools and not in public schools. State and religion should be kept separate. I think that they even write so in the Constitution, don't they?
And the Constitution should be the only holly thing for everybody.

What would he be teaching religion or school work? Like Math/Science etc.

I would not riot - I would ask the teacher to put up pictures of all the great prophets of all the religions, so that no one would feel left out.

Muslims have the same G-d as Christians do. They call him Allah. English speaking Christians call him G-d. To me, a picture of Jesus is just a picture. He is not G-d. And, how can you depict someone that no one knows what he looked like-----never could figure that one out.
I would not riot-but, I do think it is wrong to try to depict G-d.

any form of religion cannot be displayed in public schools, unless it is for some sort of lesson in a social studies class. i wouldn't riot but i would have a serious problem with it and demand it be taken down (if it stays up for more than one day and it isn't part of a lesson)

Muslims aren't permitted to depict Muhammed or God, as it constitutes a graven image. If you're trying to make a point about Islam, it's kinda moot
