What the chicky from India is saying is put some yogurt in your hair. It makes the hair shiny and healthier. But I think you need to get three different kinds of shampoo (for thin/fine hair) from the beauty supply and alternate to a different shampoo in each wash or so. Washing your hair too much can be bad for it if it is thin. Skip a day if you can manage it. Also try using olive oil in your hair, it really does make it healthier. trim the ends every month to keep the hair alive. avoid harsh treatments like coloring or permanents, hot rollers, curling irons, hair dryers can all make it stiff and dead looking. If all else fails then get some rogaine and try it out.

• Make sure to get enough of sleep and stick to a balanced and healthy diet.
• Massage your scalp regularly. It results in activating the sebaceous glands, thereby resulting in an effective circulation of blood in the affected area, making the hair grow healthy.
• Apply coconut milk all over the scalp and massaging gently into the hair. This will nourish the hair and help hair growth. To obtain the coconut milk, grinding the coconut malai (cream) and squeezing the residue.
• U can also apply of the juice of green coriander leaves on the head which is considered beneficial for hair growth.
• Massaging ur hair with Amla oil also helps.
• To help your hair grow faster, rinse your hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea.
• Try drinking a blend of bananas with honey, yoghurt & low-fat milk.

You should see a dermatologist. Thinning hair can be due to a hormonal imbalance and may not respond to changes in shampoo, etc. Minoxidil or similar products may be called for, and do work, but they are prescription only.

ok...no more oil...oil clogs hair follicles...whats happening is sebum (hair oil) is clogging folicles and converting to testosterone which causes alopecia or thinning and loss of hair...so what we need to do is keep it clean as possible...and try to remember that it's what's inside of you that matters...thats what really shows in my book...
