I have been very sick for the past year. I have had a lot of different medicines, and sedation. I know that causes hair loss. I would go to the doctor to make sure everything is OK with your health. I am sure it is!! :) I have been told that things like Rogain, and one other thing works (I can not think of the name!!). However, if you are on a medicine, or have a specific reason for the hair to fall out, then it will be a waste of money!! Vitamins will help your body overall. Before taking all of these that this site has, please check them with your doctor. Also, drinks tons of water (it helps rid toxins). Exercise also helps circulation, which helps hair growth. Since your hair is thinning, go get a hair cut. Tell them to cut off all of the dead hair. It will help it look thicker. If you cam, stop coloring your hair (if you do). However, it is hard to...I know! Good luck with everything. Also, we lose hundreds to thousands of hairs a day....maybe you are just now noticing it!! :)

Actually I think u should really use any natural remedy and here it is :
Mash amla into warm milk and apply it on ur hair and leave it 4 20 minutes and then take a bath u need'nt use shampoo 4 ur hair since the sournes in the amla removes all the dirt in ur hair and do this twice in a week and u will get a perfect hairfall free hair
And if u want a good shampoo use Use Sunsilk Thick & Strong shampoo. It is enriched with the natural strengthening power of Soya protein and it works on the weak spots of your hair, leaving each strand stronger and your hair thicker.
Cheers!

Your hair needs special attention whether you do some sports. In fact the sweat mix with the hairs’ oily substances, thus making locks flat and bodiless.
What can we do to dry and nourish our hair? First of all try to use sylicon-basedproducts, and for the first month, put restructuring compresses on your damp and perfectly washed hair.
Here you are some precious “natural” tips regarding compresses:
Banana compress. Make a purée of bananas and put it on your dry hair. Wash it after 20 minutes with a delicate shampoo.
Nettle lotions. Lotions and tratments made of the plant’s juice are largely used to do away with dandruff and to fight against hair’s weakness.
Cress natural lotion. Mix the cress’ juice and the alcohol (95°)use it once a day to massage your scalp.
One more tip: pleae take great careover your feeding! Some food represents a true natural defense for our hair. In fact carrots, rich in vitamine A, help protecting eyes and skin from solar rays. Instead spinach, chicory and dark-green vegetable are useful to defend the hair colour.

• Make sure to get enough of sleep and stick to a balanced and healthy diet.
• Massage your scalp regularly. It results in activating the sebaceous glands, thereby resulting in an effective circulation of blood in the affected area, making the hair grow healthy.
Go 4 trimming once a month
• Apply coconut milk all over the scalp and massaging gently into the hair. This will nourish the hair and help hair growth. To obtain the coconut milk, grinding the coconut malai (cream) and squeezing the residue.
• You can also apply of the juice of green coriander leaves on the head which is considered beneficial for hair growth.
• Massaging your hair with Amla oil also helps.
• To help your hair grow faster, rinse your hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea.
• Try drinking a blend of bananas with honey, yoghurt & low-fat milk.
• Most importantly lead a stress free life.

Do not tie your hair up at night, and when you tie your hair do not tie it tight to a point where you can feel it pulling your eyebrows.
I am from North America I don't know if you can get this product there but there are capsules from a brand called Segals Solutions. I have heard GREAT things about this product from women with thinning hair, message me for more info I used to work at a place which sells this product.

my brother (half) has been searching ways to prevent or help with hair loss since his father had hair loss. a major thing that he found out was that a lot of hair loss is due to lack of circulation to the head! i am not sure if you have seen a copper massager (your can also bend it in any way so you can massage anything else) before but it is very good for massaging your head! and not only people with hair loss need this... it feels great!
