I will be moving to the L.A. area shorty and I love black friday (the big shopping day after Thanksgiving). I was wondering if people line up at stores and if the ad papers have alot of great deals in the L.A. area?

California's economy is like a large country by itself. The best game plan is to have friends divide the territory. Some need to be in line a week before Black Friday. Yes it's big out here and I actually got out and spent a thousand bucks on myself Friday.

l. a. isn't like the South, and Blacks are quite-a lot intermingled with the whites, with out prejudice that i have ever talked about (alot of my acquaintances were Black in California)... In Riverside County, although i imagine there will be a slighter better share of Black in Moreno Valley, and probable Riverside ... once you're legal and communicate English, although, you're purely seen an American in Southern California....

I went to the outlets in Camarillo on sat. Southern Cal has the same black Friday as everyehere else. Lucky us.

Yes it's great, because I drive out after we all have dinner and gawk at the fools who are camped out on the usually cold night... from my heated car of course.
