The entire Muslim religion was built on nothing more than the claim of one man who stated that he had a vision etc., etc.,
When John Finished writing Revelations that was Gods last word to mankind. When the Bible was complete that was the end of all revelations, visions etc., and any one claiming to have had a vision may have done so but it was not from the Lord. Another example of a religion being established on nothing more that a vision would be the Mormons. They are totally of the rails and we are warned in the Bible to be very careful not to believe everything which appears to be a miracle as Satan has the power to work them as well and he is a great deciever as he knows how to mix just enough truth with error in order to get people to believe his lies. There is no substitute for good Bible study as it givs a person the ability to discern betwen truth and error. It behooves me that there are so many Bibles in the World and so few people who will read one for themselves!

Angel Jibrael came down to him with the revelations. If thats what you call by visions. If any 'Muslim' guy comes down with these visions then he is not a 'Muslim'! lol because to be a 'Muslim' means he believes the Mohammad is the last messenger of Allah. As we can see there is some serious error in your logic.

You seem to be missing a major point: during his time there were many differant arab tribes, each having their own god or goddess with various amulets, stones, and small statues to worship. Some worshiped fire and others the sun. Mohammed proclaimed there was only one God above all to be worshiped. If someone was telling me that and it wasnt a part of my life at the time --- I would have to listen to his theories and probobly accept them. He brought a religion to the Arab people in their own language.

A question to answer your question. I take it you must be a Christian. Paul had visions and wrote about his religion. If someone came along and said forget Paul-listen to him, would you?
