Sorry, I don't know of a teach at home course that I have tested out. Canadian French is a dialect of French. The accent is different and some words are used differently. When choosing a French tutor make sure you choose a native of Paris. As it is in the U.S. when learning to speak English as a foreigner you don't want to learn from a Texan, Bostonian, or someone with a thick Brooklyn accent. The best way to learn a language is through immersion. Spend the summer in Paris! You'd be fluent in no time.

I'm not sure, because, I don't understand a lot your question, but I think, I have the answer to your question:
it means:
Allez apprenons le français
or
Allez "zooh", on apprend le français
or
Et si on commençait à apprendre le français
or
Et si on commençait à apprendre à parler français
