Kind of like an indian casino, they have them in town (sacramento) and I don't know how they can do that because gambling is illegal in California. So how do I get a permit so I can open one?

The Indians probably have special permission because of all the land we stole from them a few hundred years ago; You can't just start a gambling casino....unless you do it illegally and then you get in trouble with the law, the Italian mob, the Asian gangs and the Russians....stay out of it if you want to live free....
