Maybe to make you more experienced in life with both kinds of feelings, to make you stronger. But I do agree with some others who have said that love is a feeling which fulfils our human physical and mental desires and dreams which has very little to do with the real love, which is love for all. It is very hard to achieve but you know, once you have achieved that, you are NEVER going to be hurt again. So, take all of these hurts as experiences.

Honey, God made us with a heart and a brain. It's within our brain and our upbringing that we develop feelings of love and feelings of hurt/pain. Be lucky you have them. There are some that walk through this world lacking that compassion, or lacking the need to feel loved...their hearts are empty as well as their souls. Emotions are a blessing, they allow us to express how we feel. Once you've stopped feeling them, you might as well have died, because then life has no meaning.

Because the feelings of love are not connected to the love of God (agape) but the love of self (eros). This is what leads to the hurt, when love is expressed in a selfish manner.

GOD does NOT make feelings of hurt. PEOPLE DO because they were given free will by god so that we may make our own decisions and follow our own paths. When people make the wrong decisions they create negativity. Only people create hurt and pain, God only offers love and guidance, but it is up to each of us to take it.

It is like hot and cold...can you answer why they feel differently? No. Love, hate. Love, sorry. Happy, sad....they are all emotions. If God made us robots, we would not feel anything. Would that make you happy? No. To hurt is human...we all feel pain. We have choices. We are alive. Usually pain and suffering make us grow. Don't worry, be happy.

Simple: The human belief has always sepperated divinity and mortality. Depending on certain occurances, rare "Prophets" typically appear... I don't know... Religion is not part of my life. Living to the fullest, however, is.
