Why when I add milk/cream to lemon tea does it curdle? Does it happen w/ any other tea?

You cannot put milk and lemon in your tea at the same time - it will curdle. There is too much acid in the lemon.

I have seen milk (on its own) curdle in berry teas as well, although I am not sure why - there must be acid coming from somewhere. I have not had the problem with Earl Grey, English Breakfast or Chai. I typically only add sugar to herbal teas, so I cannot comment on the milk in those.

yes, if the tea is still piping hot it will curdle your dairy,I find that many berry teas have the same reaction. Try letting your tea cool a little next time, if that doesn't work for you because you like to have your tea hot as can be then try using a whitener, they don't curddle however, they aren't particularly good for you either.

when you add milk and lemon tea, the lemon wth its citris effect increases acidity in the content which will break the milk to become a spoiled milk...dont drink it, its gross
