People are idiots. Did you see all the answers? People probably didn't even look at the link, and they think you are giving the illegals sympathy.
Yes I saw the pictures, and some of the pictures looked just like any major city in the US. But it only showed the rich parts. In Mexico you are either horribly poor, right in the middle middle class, or billonaire rich. There is no inbetween of any of them. The people that illegally cross our borders are the horribly poor.

True, the pictures you referenced show some primary cities in Mexico, and the best areas of those cities, with a few exceptions.
Yes, there are rich mexicans!! Of course there are! And there are mexicans that live decently, even if they are lower income, and dont struggle hand to mouth in poverty. But that is like taking an aerial view of Beverly Hills or Simi Valley and saying, look, there are no poor people or homeless people in America! We all know that isn't true.
I have been to Mexico, and I have seen just a bit of the vast poverty that exists in many parts of that country.
I do not condone or support illegal immigrants. I believe that the way to go to any new country is the legal way.
But come on, be realistic. Don't try to con people into your point of view using one reference to those that are better off! At least present things accurately and fairly.

You think Mexicans are the only poor people?
America itself also has a lot of poor and disenfranchised (something some conservatives and pro-illegal idiots dont seem to realize)... the problem here is that illegals are taking away resources that should go first to the American citizens.
Also there are many millions more people who are 20 times poorer than the average Mexican (and perhaps more humble and deserving to enter the USA)... are you saying the Yanks should let them in too?
What I am getting from you is this:
1.) America is the world's provider and caretaker of the poor (ABSOLUTELY FALSE) and
2.) Being poor gives you the license to break laws and commit crime, so long as it leads to a "better life" (ABSOLUTELY FALSE)
And if it is so poor in Mexico btw... why arent Mexicans revolting against the government? I mean there are some Mexicans who still love their country enough to do that... are there?

Love that post, I asked the question before, about poverty in Mexico. I wanted to know how many people died each year to starvation form lack of food, how many people were homeless, etc .. And I had a ton of people go off on me and get all aggressive, but received no posts... I think I see why now, perhaps Mexico, is not the hell hole they make it out to be .

Then it is time that the Mexican people rise up and have a revolution, and overthrow that government, after that they can "petition" the U.S. and apply for statehood, and become a 51st state, this would eliminate all thos problems, Mexico has a lot of resources, but not the ability to exploit it.

Lovely, the french tourist did what in the end? I cant read the rest of the caption. Nice shots. Nice job you have.
WOW! I guess you hit a nerve, I cant believe all the rude, idiotic responses you got. Facinating. Just keep flying and keep shooting. There will always be immigrents that just keep coming. And everyone can whine about it all they want. Even some Mexicans dont want illegals coming to the US.

My opinion is that we have just as much poverty of our own. I don't feel any more sorry for Mexico's poverty than I feel for our own. Is Mexico looking after our poverty stricken people? Why do they expect us to look after theirs? Mexico has as many well to do people as there are in the USA, percentage-wise, so I don't think we should be expected to look after the poor of Mexico. They can afford to look after their own poor, they would just rather allow the USA to do so for them.

Mexicans do not have it easy, but they allow their politicians to rule as they do. Until they stand up and do something about it in a united way there will not be a change and we are not responsible. I certainly spend enough of my dollars travelling there on vacation and employ enough of them......until they say enough is enough they can do nothing else than try to find a better living in a place where their voting and all that have not counted and they are merely living off what us and our ancestors have fought for
