my legs dont hurt unless i walk alot or run. like in pe class. especially since we run the mile every week. i live on a farm so there is alot to do. help!!!

I would do stretches each morning before you start your day to get you loosened up. Take a tylenol for the pain, a warm bath w/ epson salt relaxes your muscles at the end of the day!
Heating pads also help...try webmd.com they have alot of medical advice

it is probly sore muscles
the same thing happens to me every day in track
what you have do do is a lot of stretching
that usually does the trick for me
if it gets too severe you could try painkillers, but constantly streatching out your muscles is a lot better for you, and will help you in any physical activities

Try drinking more water. That is the first place to start when you have cramps. Also, you may want to get new shoes.

Please ask your pe teacher to arrange running daily 200 yards instead of a mile once. After you increase your ability you can run it easily.
