Well, if you really want to experience a hangover, mix your boozes when you drink. Mix any 2 hard liquors (ie drink tequila shots and vodka-cranberrys, or rum-and-coke and whiskey sours) and you will be cursing life the next morning.

That's a mild hangover. If you have mixed drinks with lots of sugar and alcohol, your insulin levels will spike and then drop, giving you a mild hypoglycemic blood sugar level and the headache that follows. That coupled with a lack of sleep from partying all night and the dehydration that occurs as a result of alcohol's diuretic properties makes for a nasty-*** hangover in the morning. When you get to the point when you're bonging 40s of Mickey's and you STILL haven't had a hangover that you KNOW was a hangover, you might not be able to get them. Feel blessed.

That feeling you had was a mild hangover.
A really bad hangover will have you losing it at both ends, seriously pounding headache and sensivity to loud sounds amoung other things.
They feel really really really bad, and I'd avoid them like the plague if I was you.

I don't get them either. I think a hangover is a Major headache, sensitivity to light and sound.

when I was in high school I never got one, however once I got the first one when I was a few years older, they progressively got worse and, worse. Now I get the whole package and miss the good old days, so I'd say enjoy it while it lasts however, You are in high school, so if you choose to drink to it at home with your parents if they are cool with that, otherwise I can't condone your actions, alcohol is extremely dangerous.
