My Husband wanted a bullmastiff... but I thought the were drool machines, so my hunny brought home my pittie instead! I'm so happy...
My only real experience with a mastiff was a Neapolitan Mastiff who wanted to play with T-Bone... he came home soaked from nose to tail... just reinforced the drool machine idea...

I breed English Mastiffs and they are wonderful. Bullmastiffs are also very sweet natured dogs. They are just big loves. Of all the mastiffs I have raised and sold not one of them has ever been aggressive for no reason. They will guard their home and protect their masters but are not vicious animals. I simply can't imagine why people are trying to ban them. Did you know that new "dangerous breed legislation" includes all types of mastiffs. In a few years we may not be able to own these noble dogs in many places. Its sad but true.

I love Bullmastiffs! They are big gentle, loving dogs, and they are very beautiful.... Not that they can't be tough when they need to. Great family dog, and great for kids. You can't help falling in love with them

i had a bullmastif but unfortunately he died of parvo....that was many years ago..now i got a peek-a-poo
