no one really knows how god works
I'd like to think that IF he is "recycling" souls, he puts them in the opposite situation then what they were just in so that the soul can gain a new perspective
ex.
Rich person - poor person,
athlete - nerd
demorcrat -republican
This way in the end, we all understand each other better

God does not have a big closet of prefabbed or recycled souls that He matches with bodies, like matching socks with shoes. When He creates a human person, He creates a unique body and a unique soul out of nothing for the person. You are not composed of matching parts. You were completely created at the moment you were conceived and are uniquely loved by God.

The Bible says Jesus gave up his soul for you and I and anyone else who is willing to follow him. Sooooooooooo, according to the Bible, the soul is the life of the person---not some spiritual part of a person that transcends death. Also, when God breathed the breath of life into Adam, he became a living soul. Soooooooo, according to the Bible, the soul is the combination of the body and breath of God (life force). Also, the Bible talks about dead souls and it says that a person has no consciousness after death. All 3 of these things from the Bible show that you are misunderstanding.

Our bodies are our souls. Matter is just energy. Our bodies are our beings.

Interesting question!
I can't answer for God though. My answer(s) to your questions would be mere guesses, and I don't like to speak for other entities.

Since Jesus knows the end from the beginning, it's not really hard for Him in any way. Nothing we do takes Jesus by surprise, yet He still calls us to come to Him for salvation, and requires us to do so to be in heaven with Him forever.
