Without knowing you, your friends (if any) and family - there is no possible way for me to point out to you the light you missed. No one can.
So what if there isn't a light at the end of the tunnel? Make one. That light is always "hope" or a glimmer of reason that you feel you need to keep going on.
Often I don't see that light at the end of the tunnel. I wont go into details, but I promise you, my life would drive you and most other people insane. But I don't give up. I cant. It would be the epitome of stupidity for me to give up when perhaps tomorrow, just possibly all this pain, hurt and anguish will just melt away and be replaced with healing - freedom and more.
Consider the man who swam halfway across the river, deciding he couldn't make it so he swam back. He was almost there! With the same effort he used in swimming back, he could have made it to the other side.
There is a lesson in that for you. *Hugs*

Depression tricks us into thinking that there is no light at the end of the tunnel. This is only an illusion. Yes. It is a painful state of mind but you must realize that there is light but you are just not able to see it because the depression makes us blind. I have been there many many times in that dark tunnel. You just have to be a warrior and keep walking until you reach the light. When you come out of that tunnel you will be a stronger person and you will not be afraid anymore if you do fall again into that dark tunnel. To have the determination to win the war against depression (your enemy) should be the reason you wake up every morning and you will see the light sooner than you think.

If you reach the light at the end of the tunnel, then your life is finally over! What makes life interesting is what you find in the tunnel as you get up each day and face another day.
I am 54 years old and I have had a LOT of so-so days, a few bad days, some really bad, and a LOT of really good days. Each day is a new day. We never know what is going to happen. But I am still here and still working toward that light. Hopefully when I reach age 120, thank you!!

you should really see a doctor and get put on some antidepressants. You will feel like a new person and the light at the end of the tunnel will not even be a concern because you will start enjoying your life again. Try Cymbalta. It's the new one and seems to be working wonders for lots of previously depressed peple.

Even if there is no light at the end of the tunnel, you can still do good things for other people to make their life easier. Try doing three things tomorrow to help others and it will hopefully make you feel better too.
Good luck, sweetie...

There is ALWAYS a light and you WILL eventually see it. You must NEVER stop looking for the light. And when you see it, oh, what a wonderful life it will be for you. You were given this gift of life, you are so very lucky, you just have to make the very best of it and find out what it is you are here for. The signs are all right there in front of you. Really try to see them.

If you cannot think of a reason, there will not be one for you, but you will probably wake up anyway.
You get to choose and to create the meaning of your life for you. If you are commited to a life of drudgery and meaninglessness, that is what you'll find. If you choose to view the world with gratitude through the eyes of wonder, you will find bliss.

I have seen people in your situation get the help they need. That help comes from God Almighty. He is able to help you. To give you peace in the middle of your storm. To give you hope for tomorrow and the future. I will say a prayer for you. Lord Jesus, I ask You to touch this girl and reveal Yourself to her. Let her know that You are willing to help her. Show her the Way to You., In Jesus' name. Amen.
