Despite getting awarded First Class Honours in BSc. (Hons) Computing I have been unable to find work since my graduation in July 2006. This is largely because I dont have much work experience.

I am particularly interested in IT Support and Web Development. While studying I worked at the university IT support team for over six months where I acquired valuable experience in supporting PC’s, printers & other peripherals and also developed a good working knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

I am very passionate about Web Development and have greatly enjoyed working with technologies such as PHP, MySQL & XML as part of my undergraduate project to develop an Exam Authoring System allowing lecturers to create, edit and print exam papers in a straightforward manner.

I am seeking a job in the above fields or at least some voluntary work experience where I can gain valuable skills & experience and in return make a valuable contribution towards the company.

I'm sure that some charity or political campaign would love to have you volunteer. Try it. Since I don't know London that well, (I was there for a week, years ago) I can't help you further.

So, pick your favorite cause and as them if they will take you on.
