how do you add music to the background to be playing while all the slides go by? I want one song to play during the entire slideshow...how do i do that?

Make a Presentation then Push the 1st file
insert
Sound and music
Sound from file
O yea it has to a WMA or WAV music file
formatt slide transition
hit the < > button until you get sound transition and make the setting

Y' first insert the sound in ur first slide(or where u want to start it) then go to options>>then select Play Across Slides in Play sound menu..
Menu could be differ 'coz i'm using Office Beta 2007.

Click on Insert on the tool bar. Click on Movies and Sounds, Click on Sound from file, browse to the location of your sound clip, click on that. This will cause a sound object to show up on your slide. Right click on that sound object, click on properties, or edit, to set the duration of your clip. See the help in Powerpoint for more info.

I've done this several times for Winter guard presentations for the local high school.
