How do I know if my anger towards Xianity is based in zeal for truth or psychosis, emotional immaturity, etc?

You probably really need to sit down and analyze why you have so much anger. Have there been "Christians" that made you feel bad about yourself. Were they always judgemental? Did they look down on you? If any of those things happened, you didn't encounter real Christians. Maybe it would help you figure it out if you talked to someone you've known and trusted for a while.

It depends: If you are angry about christians ramming their dogma down your throat and attempting to legislate their beliefs so that everyone must do as they believe, then that is a very justifed anger and it wouldn't matter if it was christians or muslims or whatever.
If, however, you are simply a christian who has some "parental" issues with whatever it is you conceive of as god, then it's the other stuff you mentioned.

Only you can answer that question, and it may take a lot of thought. Anger and intolerance are usually not the signs of a well adjusted temperament. I don't mean that as an insult, I've spent a lot of years there myself.

well itll depend what your views are.

if you can honestly see a problem christianity brings into the world then youre obviously not made just to be mad.

if youve just selected christians/christianity as a target then youre just an asshat.

i personally go with choice 1.
