i wouldnt wear a cross cause i know that theres no god i dont know who would wear that garbage oh ya i know its christians and everytime i go in public i always see at least one loser wearing a cross sometimes a huge cross for everyone to see how dumb they are to believe in the myth of jesus and they think that theres a god by wearing a cross and i dont know why is it that that they have to wear for eveyone to see you know they always say oh that there beliefs are private and they dont want it to be trashed so why is it that there making there beliefs public then by wearing a cross and showing off that there a christian if you cant take the heat stay outta the kitchen and the kitchen being wearing a cross and the heat being anyone who trashes it if you dont want your beliefs being trashed here and there then stop saying things like i'm a christian after every thing you say and wearing a cross and using exclamations like jesus christ and good lord after every sentence you losers say

Learn some rules of grammar and punctuation. However, if you are in the U.S. it's a free country and anyone can wear any jewelry that he or she chooses. I wear a cross and St. Christopher medal all the time, but unless I'm wearing a scoop-necked shirt no one can see it because I wear it for myself––not to show-off. By the way, I don't end any sentence with any of the exclamations you list.

I didn't even finish reading this mess before I started answering this question because it made me mad. There is a God! How do you think u got here? Yo parents had a lot of help making you. You are so ignorant. You don't have to be so rude to people because of what they believe in. If you don't believe in God then just know you are going rot in hell. Jesus is not a myth. Actually Jesus was on earth. It is even in a history. If you take time and read the bible then you would know that God and Jesus are 2 different people. Jesus was on earth and God wasn't. God is the Father and Jesus is the son. The cross is a symbol of Jesus' death. They beat Jesus and nailed him to a cross. What exactly do you believe. We are not losers you are. At least we have a chance to go to heaven because you don't stand a chance to go to heaven. You need to do some research on Jesus.

Stop calling us losers! I'm going to call YOU a loser right now for not believing in Jesus. People wear crosses to show that they are Christian, it is something to be proud of. I stand for Jesus and I'm proud and I sure as heck aren't a loser! You can call me a loser all you want, you can trash my religion all you want, but I'm not going to deny it. I AM A CHRISTIAN AND I'M PROUD. I will admit it. I love Jesus. And nothing will stop me. Not you or anyone else! No wonder your life is so messed up. You need Jesus. Everybody will end up on Calvary with Jesus. Some will be on his left and some on his right. I think you will be very scared when all of a sudden you see where you are and it is too late to do anything about it. One minute you will be in your bed or wherever you are dieing and the next boom, you have a wind blowing in your face with a crow above your head and you are in pain like you have never been before and you will hear a groan and it will be the person on the cross next to you and then your stomach will drop because you will know what is going on. You are the bad thief on the cross with Jesus. The good one has already begged for his mercy but, before you know it the soldier will break your legs so you can not hold yourself up enough to gasp out for Jesus to have mercy on you and when you finally succumb you will see a myriad of demons waiting and laughing at you so they can drag you to where you will spend eternity with them.

Edited to add: it's not a graven image because I'm not worshipping it. I wear it as a reminder of what Jesus did for me, and regardless of what Spanky up there says, it IS usually worn under my clothes, for me only. Sometimes I wear it out because I think it's pretty.

If God does not exist, then waht is right and what is wrong?
If it is a matter of opinion, who's?
If it is decided by society, how?
Take both questions all the way back to the beginning of recorded human history and answer.
If God does not exist, explain the origins of the Universe and provide testable evidence and not theory, of how the "something came from nothing".
God exist's in eternity, without creation, existing eternity past, present and future, time itself was created for us by God as He does not need it.
It is so strange that you can have faith that the "something came from nothing" i.e. a Big Bang", but not in God.
Ummm. interesting.

Actually, the cross predates Christianity. Certainly to Christians it represents their faith in that beief system, but the symbol itself represents higher wisdom that was recognised by many cultures before the birth of Christ.
It is a symbol of divine energy meeting wordly energy.
It represents a human being awakened to their true potential, as this meeting and blending point.

if a garbage you wear makes you remember who you are and make you remember and always do good, think good, help people and make this world a better place; then it is not a garbage anymore.
if a person wear a big cross, carry a big buddha with him, cover himself/herself up, do not eat any food that forbidden by his/her religion... but all these couldn't make him/her remember who they are, and do all the evil things....... what is the point.
if there is GOD. god will know not by judging what you wear...

there is a God!!!! his name is Jesus Christ!!!! he died for you!!!!! he went through a very painful death , even when he did nothing wrong!!!! he died, so that every time you sin , you wouldn't have to!!! read the bible!!!
john 3:16- for God so loved the world, that he gave his only son, that whoever believes in him, will not die, but live eternally with him in heaven!
this means, that whoever believes in God, and says it to the world, and loves him, and has accepted him as their personal savior, they will live eternally with him.
