well you should have given yourself time to get over your ex before you moved on to another relationship.how do you think he feels knowing you have taken another so soon he going to say to himself that she didn,t love me like she said she did.now you just found out you still care for him.there is only one thing for you to do now.

very hard situation, I know. Right now, you just need to not talk to him, it just makes it worse. It doesnt sound like you are ready for a new guy yet, this one is probably a rebound. All I can say is take care of yourself, take one day at a time, and in time it WILL get better.... I left my ex almost a year ago and I feel a lot better now though it took a long time (we were together 6 yrs). Take care of yourself.

Only time can do. Sometimes, people never get over exs fully. Studies have been done and says it takes 3 months for every year for soemone to get over their ex.But don't rush into a relationship and make mistakes because you want to get over him, forget about him or anything.

Do things you love to occupy your times. This would prevent you from thinking too much about your ex. Its no point trying to salvage a lost relationship. Get some girl friends of yours to do some shoppings or maybe just sipping coffee. Keep yourself busy. Cheer-up, won't you?

It takes time. I tired to not rush into a realtionship, because usually after break ups I find myself trying to get another boyfriend in order to get over the other guy, when really I should just give myself time.

Having a rebound relationship isn't the answer. Just give yourself the time you need to get over it and move on. Find things to occupy your time and before you know it he will be a faint memory.

I know this is boring, and might not seem helpful, but seriously---time will help you get over him. That's pretty much it. Breaking up is one of the worst experiences ever, but someday, you look back and wonder why it seemed so difficult.

It takes time for the heart to heal. Don't jump into the next relationship so soon. Give yourself some time.
