A "thumbs up" will gracefully descend on you and your house.

Calm down folks. This was a joke. I consider a position with the foreign service to be one of the great honors an American can enjoy. Rest assured, were I actually interested in searching for the answers, I would not do so here. Moreover I would not want to join if it wasn't based on my own merits.
Please return 11:30am Monday (Seoul time) when I will be dispensing grains of salt for all who'd like.

I have some freinds that are spouses of FSOs (Foreign Service Officers) and they took the exam not long ago. I asked them what they did to study and they said that they just watched the new and read the newspaper religiously for about 6 months and of course read up on US Foriegn Policy.

Good Luck

Try " Spies Like Us " to get the answer to your question..

Emmett Fitz-Hume: Oh. Uh, will you hold my wallet for me while I take the test, please? There's a thousand dollars in there... or maybe there isn't. Know what I mean?
Test Monitor: Are you saying I can take this money if I help you pass the test?
Emmett Fitz-Hume: What do you think?

1) No.
2) It's not funny.
3) Save your "thumbs up" for somewhere else.
