God owns you..and all the patents anyways..so why would he need to be patent? He made everything..owns everything..and controls all in the future. Yes we have freewill to be idiots..but he still loves US. :)

He doesn't have to have a patent because He created everything, and God is not under our laws, we are under His.
So if I come up with a great idea for some kind of gadget, I would need a patent, but God doesn't need a patent. Nope,no patent required for God.

If He were not patent, none of us would be here right now. He would have given up on us probably right after the Garden of Eden trouble!
But instead, He puts away his anger and waits. Waits for us to turn to Him, to realize how much He does love us. He sent His Son to die for us. How could He do that, and then lose patience with us? That does not make sense! I hope this helps!

His timing is not our timing in the spiritual realm time stands still...it is called eterenity and thats what we go when we die this body you are in only lives what 70 to 80 years if lucky but you will spend eternity when you die..Think about that never ending...That is when your life really starts..
