on a recent vacation to Sydney/ Surfer's Paradise I noticed a really large Asian population, what's the deal????

it is cheaper for the asian market to come to australia then to holiday in their own region especially if the want to play golf.

You will also not that generally when asking the asian tourist that they feel safer in australia than in many other tourist destinations.

not only in Surfers will you find a lot Asians. I lived in Sydney before i moved over to Western Australia a few years ago. We have had a huge influx of Asians over the last 10-20 years. We have become a very multicultural country, there are many other nationalities as well that have migrated to Australia. I like the fact that we have many other cultures, but there is also a down side and that is that there is a lot of diversity. If you choose to live here, you should learn our culture, you should learn our language and you accept us as we have accepted others. There is heaps of room for all here

asians love australia and new zealand, it is very easy to get a visa to go to school over here, so they all flock over in thier thousands.

is just as bad in auckland.,
