Do the people who go to Hamburger University graduate with actual degrees?

Do the people who go to Hamburger University graduate with actual degrees?

I know it's a school for McDonald's training.. but what if you quit McDo & go to BK or something... will they consider you to have an actual bachelor's degree?

It's not a degree of any type .. It is certification in McD's procedures etc.
