stop drinking caffeine ( i drink diet rite, it taste good and its not mad with bad stuff) Stay away from fast and processed foods. Eat plenty of veggies and fruits. Drink lots and lots of water and simply take walks. if you can do more, i would say try to get some cardio in your workout at least 30 min a day, 4 days a week. good luck

Buy the Sonoma Valley Diet book. It is the BEST and EASIEST Diet ever. You lose a pound a day in phase one and a little slower in phase two. It's super easy.

be comfortable with who you are. genetics are a big part of it, but also focus on what you eat. That's just as important as working out.
