No, but only if over-consumed when exercising. You do need to replace water you lose when exercising, especially endurance things like biking and running. You can overdo it though.

Otherwise water is good for you.

What type of water? Do you enjoy water? If you dislike water then I don't think it is very good for you. Maybe your heath yea. But not your heart and soul. If your soul doesn't like water, then it isn't good for you. But for heath reasons you should drink it dude.
