Yes, I do. I try to do it once or twice a day. I didnt use to do this;; but Im getting braces soon and want to get used to taking better care of my teeth. I've never had a cavity before and I dont want any when I get braces!!

yes,2x's per day, am,pm; this has helped
with my dental health quite a bit, the dentist
explained to me that by doing this, you deter
the 'bacteria' from forming and this is what
causes 'placque' however, a dental cleaning
each year is definitely in order.
