Ok, I really like this guy.
At first, he was mean to me and
he never knew that I liked him.
Now, He is really nice.
Seriously nice, and I still
haven't told him that I like
him.
What does this mean?
Do I have a chance with him,
or should I move on?

I would say if you really like the guy, go for it. Nothing lost, nothing gained. He probably changed his tone with you as he got to know you better and likes who he has gotten to know.....Maybe he is thinking exactly the same and doesn't want to make the first move as he realises he wasn't so nice to you from the start and doesn't want the rejection. Good luck.

It sounds as though you are young. You need to figure out why you like him. Did you like it when he was mean to you? If so, NO! Next you need to figure out WHY. Why has he changed his tune? What is "seriously nice"? What kind of a chance do you want? Is he a "player"? Sorry - there are way too many questions that have to be answered before it can be determined why you want him or even if you should give him a chance.

Most young men act like fools.
In order for them to get you to notice them, they will act like total asses. Even be mean towards you to be noticed. Once he is sure you noticed him. that when the play turns more towards kindness.Remember he was tring to get you to notice him, not hate him.
Women on the other hand hold the cards. You can ignore him, or even flirt with him, or even worst tease him.
See if he is will to do some little things for you. If he is, well you can twist him around your finger and have some fun know.

ask him out, what have you go to lose.It seems 2 me that he liked u and was 2 immature 2 admit it so he resorted 2 the first grade way of dealing with it by being mean to u. Now he has grown up a little and is acting his age. so ask him out. he'd probally say yes and if he doesn't suck it up and get over it. :P jk
