The best way to find out what is wrong and to have something done about it, surely, would be to consult your doctor, I'm sure it must be quite embarrassing for you, having to read some of the comments you will get on here.

UK ? go to your local GUM clinic -walk in - no appointment and get it checked out. Free and confidential. I went because I was going into a new relationship and we both decided to play safe. Texted the result in 5 days (all clear)

May be Genital Herpes.
Genital herpes cannot be cured. Once infected, the virus stays in the body for the rest of the individual's life
Research suggests that the virus can be transmitted even when there are no symptoms present, so that a sexual partner without obvious genital herpes sores may still transmit the illness. In fact, asymptomatic spread may actually contribute more to the spread of genital herpes than do active sores.
Please see the web pages for more details and images on Genital Herpes and Herpes simplex virus.

I would make an urgent appointment to see your doctor. You won't get diagnosed or treated here.

perhaps they're dots being drawn by blokes when they're pounding your botty. Eventually someone will join the dots together and it will probably say something like west ham or join the hitler youth.

No idea myself but I bet your doctor does. Make an appointment to see your GP.

Try a different soap or laundry detergent first, but i'd see a doctor quick.
