Last Thanksgiving, I went to my aunt's house and since she has a cat, I got an allergic reaction. I made sure to wash the stuff I came into contact with (my purse-bag thingy) and I left it in the computer room.

Two days later, there might be some remnants of cat dander in my computer room and it's making my nose twitch.

I need to know if there's a spray that helps eliminate airborne allergens because I don't feel like buying a $500 air purifier just to get rid of leftover cat dander.

I can't help you with the air cleaning. though several others here have made excellent recommendations along those lines with febreeze and oust.

For now and the future, take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar three times a day and a heaping teaspoon of raw honey three times a day. You can take them together or use the honey to chase the bad taste of the vinegar. This will ease the symptoms of allergies.

When you wash up, rinse with a solution of 50% apple cider vinegar and 50% water. Pat dry. You'll feel better.

There really is no magic spray. You don't have to get a $500 air purifier to do the trick though. Try getting a $50 air purifier--it will work just as well.

That's your only hope though. Sorry.

Allergens don't work like odors or bacteria in the air--you can't just kill an allergen. They need to be filtered out, or they will just stay in the air.

the stuff in the air is only a problem because you are allergic to it. it's a problem with your immune system, not a problem with the air. you can take medicine, put up with it, or clean the air. there is nothing that will make it "non" allergic to you.
