i think the futurist Alvin Toffler was right. he foresaw the changes taking place and most of it happened much before the time he expected it to happen. but he did not predict, that is the beauty of Alvin Toffler. he merely said these will happen in the course of many changes

nostradamus and bible failed in most of thier predictions. what has come true is just vague utterances which can mean anything. that way i am better at prediction. i get the target prices of stocks with a greater degree of accuracy for the intraday, overnight, weekly, monthly targets looking at the chart, the market events and general mood of market. whats your opinion on that?

The only thing that Nostradamus ever "predicted" was the approximate size of his rear end at his time of death. I HOPE that you DON'T take this seriously because you are asking if you should. Well, DON'T. The world will end when it ends. For Christians, it will end when they are scooped up and go to heaven. For us atheists it ends for us when each of us dies and/or the sun goes nova in about 5 million years. Every darned "prophet" the world has ever known predicts the end of the world. Either the world doesn't end or it's predicted to end after his/her death. So, no matter what you read about Nostradamus, his ravings are just badly written stories that could use an edit by Edgar Allen Poe. Auntie Kookoo Edit: Note to Myself above: I defy you to tell me that these disasters haven't been happening CONSTANTLY for the past 2000 years. For example, which hurricane along the coast signals the end of the world? One from this year? Maybe Katrina? There was a doozy in 1907, was that the one? I understand that most of the state of Florida was underwater from one in 1836. Was that the one? Do please stop believing everything that you read. I know you're young, but common sense will come eventually. -AK

Nostradamus never predicted 9/11 people just reinterpreted stuff he said to sound like it. His stuff is so vague it can mean a lot of different stuff.

For example can you find thing that makes sense in your life in the following:
You have made some changes in your life this year. You are a good person but you have moments when your angry. You should pay more attention to the people who are close to you. You strengths will help you get ahead....... Should i keep going????

Nostradamus only predicted a couple of things and got it right, that's what got him started, but on the real to real he just guesses with open ended sentences. The Bible Codes are the real deal, Edgar Casey was the real deal too, he was exact.

I didn't know about the prediction about Bush! Wow.

As far as 9/11 - It was on T.V., and this is no secret. They came on and said, watch this date. They put it full across the entire screen.

That was definitely before it happened. Quite a bit in advance.

Nostradamus never predicted any thing except in hindsight, but so do I.

Lots of people, I'm sure.

ANY theory has some adherents.

Not too many people who like thinking, though.
