In simple terms, no. But God does have aspects of "male" and "female".
Male is the worker, the doer...action, force, assertive...female is the intuitive, the feeling... power. Woman: Womb-man.

God has revealed himself in the masculine, as Jesus certainly is.
In realtion to God, and not in a sexual way, the church, and hopefully the entire human race is feminine.
