Errr... sorry to offend you, but actually consultants are restricted not to disclose any building informations to "foreigner" unless if they allow.

Morevoer normally building plans have many types..

1. Aviation,
2. Depot
3. Building 4 storey?? 20 storeys?? 40 Storeys??
4. Warehouse
5. Factory
etc etc

and also, which set you are requesting eg. Mechanical?? Electrical?? Civil?? Structural?? Storm Water??? etc

I'm sorry I'm not sure I understand. If you mean can you have copies of building plans that have been used to construct a building, I would say you probably could get a set.

However, those plans are usually the physical property of the person who paid the architect to produce them. And they are the intellectual property of the architect, and may not be used for construction in a different location.
