Yes, fried bologna is better.
Bologna with mayonnaise reminds me of the lunches my mom used to make.
I haven't had mayo on a bologna sandwich in decades.

Bologna's kind of gross. It is, after all, bits of emulsified fatty meat packed together into a loaf.
But it still tastes pretty good with cheese and mayo and some Cheetos or chips.
