1) bake together
2) cook together
3) rent a good DVD to watch at home
4) create a nice photo album together
5) jigsaw puzzles
6) board games
7) brainstorm for as many 'Why I love thee' points together and jot the points in a shared notebook
8) lie on your house roof to gaze at the stars and the moon
That's all I can think of.

Play scattegories. If you don't have the game, that is not big deal. You can think of 12 categories, I.E.: vegetables, things found in a regrigerator, models of cars, names of boys, Presidents, Major cities and then you choose a letter, in the real game there is a dice with all the letters in the alphabet, the other night I was playing this with friends while drinking and we wrote all teh letters and tore them off a piece of paper and drew the letter, adn then you have 3 minutes to name each category with a word beginning with teh letter drawn. If you guys both answer the same thing, you mark it off and don't get a point. It is a cheesy game, but can be really fun to play!!!

Write some poems together. If either of you play a musical instrument, break it out, and put the words to music. This was always fun fun for me, but once I got going, I found there wasn't enough hours in the day any more to do anything else.

Take a walk and look at the stars. Monopoly marathon. Poker.
Find a movie to watch. Each of you pick a word before it starts and keep track of the number of times it's spoken. See who wins.
Write on each others foot with a fingertip and guess which letter the other one is writing.
Bake cookies or a homemade pizza.

Look up ghost stories on the internet.

Bigfoot 'sound recordings' (believe it or not)

Once you start googling this stuff, you will at least stop being bored.
