We've been trying for about a year to get pregnant now and i just started my periods back nov the 15th anyways last night i had a dream that i was pregnant about 6 weeks...and that i had went to the hosptial because i was bleeding and they told me it was a miscarriage...what does that mean i know its just a dream but it really scared me

Im not really stressing about it..but i will be if we get pg anytime soon...it was just a really weird dream to have!!!

Even if you are not stressing about it, you could be thinking about being pregnant. That could cause the dream. By the way, you have to have a period to ovulate. No periods, no ovulation. That was my problem. My doctor put me on clomid, a fertility drug. It didn't work for me, but maybe it would work for you. Missing periods could happen for any number of reasons. You should go to the doctor, if you have tried for a year already.

You've been thinking/worrying about pregnancy for quite awhile. The stress and your fears are showing up in your dreams. Try to relax, it'll be better for you and might help with conception.

It could just be you worrying about your fertility, or you could have had a natural m/c and didn't even know it (up to 20% of pregnancies are m/c).

usually when your bleeding real heavy and painful it means your having a misscariage ive been threw two is this the first period in a few months??
