If you truly want to keep your confuser safe...DO NOT DOWNLOAD NOTHIN'.
But, if you do wanna download free stuff, follow my guidelines:
1) Do not use the most popular p2p services(limewire, bearshare) because evil-doers infest them more for that reason. Use Shareaza.
2) Do not download wma files...period.
3) For mp3's, do not download anything less than 3 MB.
4) Keep your A.V updated.
5) Learn to use "Hijack This" or similar advanced A.V app.
6) Learn how to properly format a hard drive and re-install your O.S.
7) Backup everything you hold dear BEFORE you start using any p2p service.

No myself i do not download my music from there... I think the best place to Download music from is Limewire or Bearshare Just get the pro for now if you dont have the money or you could by the full virson. It does not cause any viruis or nothing like that.

Not really. If you want to be legal use iTunes or otherwise, limewire. I dont use that but my friends do and its pretty safe from what I can tell.

never heard that 1 try limewire i use it free down loads
