It depends? How tiny do you want them? Me? I like the super tiny ones that only seem to come in the Cocoa Packets, but I am unable to find those by themselves.

How about down at the mini-mart? Seriously you can get them practically anywhere food/groceries are sold.

You should be able to find them at most grocery stores; look on the aisle with baking supplies - sugar, flour, canned milk, coconut, etc. - they should be nearby.
