In terms of music, you would need a record label company in order for that to hppen.

For podcasts, they can be easily done.

you can make a playlist and then upload it as an iMix. But you don't make any money off of it or anything.

No, the music you have is the legal property of the entertainer and/or the corporation that helped to create it. If you solicit or try to sell their music you can be heavily fined as it's against the law.
