I spend about $ 400.00 per child, it doesn't go far these days, the high tech stuff they want is not cheap. You shouldn't spent more than you have , like charging, but if you have it , spend it . Christmas only comes once a year . But just dont spend the next whole year paying for this Christmas

About $200-$300. (this is my second child's first christmas and I'll spend less on him since he's still so little)

Kid's stuff is so expensive. Last year I got my son a gameboy ($70), 2 games ($40 each) and 4 $10 gameboy movies and still that was really like one gift.

I'm not looking forward to him getting big enough to ask for the playstation 6.

This year I got a bunch of action figures, a new bedding set and comforter, a skateboard, some motorola walkie talkies and some board games. It adds up QUICK

Ok we spend 20-30 on our daughter but we're on a tight budget and she's the first grandchild for both our parents so she still wants for nothing. Both of our parents probably spend around 400 a piece on her at christmas :) I have to reign them in because our apartment is so small. If it were bigger I think they'd buy her a whole toys R us.

I would say about 125 to 150. I have 3 children and keep things as simple as I can. This gets about 3-4 presents (toys), an outfit, jacket/snowpants, sneakers, and boots. I shop clearance through the year and hide it though.
