What does it means, when your friend tells you to call her, and i did?

but she didnt pick up or called me back?

Maybe she's working or her phone is turned off.
She's definently not avoiding you, especially if SHE told you to call her.

She may have been busy with something and she honestly couldn't pick up or call back yet. I would give her some time to call back and if she doesn't you could call her and leave her a message that you were just calling like she asked and then leave it at that.

it means that you have chemistry and she wasn't home when u called and she'll call back latter.
