Religion is the ultimate con, it is government protected, tax free and the product they sell doesn't have to be delivered until you reach a place that doesn't exist. No wonder so many people jump on this manured money wagon. Unfortunately, there is a flaw in the Constitution that gives an unfair advantage to religion and religion like any other group, will abuse any advantage they get. Some of the religionists actually believe it is a violation of their rights if they are denied the opportunity to use the coercive power of the state to shove their god down every ones throat.

Like those TV evangelists what do they do with all that money that they become wealthy with. Why do people believe that giving money to another man who is already rich gets them into heaven. That is so stupid.
This guy told how to become rich with real estate and wrote a book. It was totally bogus but he became rich because he sold so many books.
this lady was really fat and lost weight by diet and exercise and said, it was these pills. Made a fortune off the pills.
Or that guy who ate submarine sandwiches. Jared
However, religion is not only a lot of money but it is tax free.

First of all in order to advertise they would have to remove large chunks of any religion(Christianity in particular as it contradicts itself MANY times) , and then, since advertisements dumb everything down to save time and to state a position they would have to simplify the religion so people of all backgrounds and persuasions could swallow it. By that time you'd have a bunch of idiots running around who thought they knew the "truth" willing to kill people in the name of a God they don't understand. Personally , I have never liked religions that claim they are for everybody, there are some people who use religion as a crutch and are emotionally-imbalanced and NO god is going to help that at all. I like religions that are HARD to study as this leads to a deeper understanding of life in general when you find the answer for yourself.

I decrease the impression of what human beings imagine to those whom I have some reason to believe; i believe i'm sufficiently open because the human beings I believe disagree with one yet another (and me.) i'm confident that i do no longer have a monopoly on the actuality and be conscious different strategies as illuminating of the breadth of my beliefs or a valid perception to be integrated into one in all my fashions of fact.

When Jesus stood before Pilate, Pilate said to Jesus, "Truth! What is truth?" The answer is: Truth is the One Who stands before you. Pilate did not recognize Jesus as truth. If you seek truth in religion, look to Jesus. You may have to give up your preconceived notion of truth in order to recognize Him.
