All Visa and Cirrus cards are widely accepted in all the major cities of Turkey regardless of which bank they are drawn on.
You can use them in shops, hotels, restaurants and in ATMs.

Enjoy your trip.

You need to check with your bank if your card is open to international use. Some banks make it closed to international transactions by default.

Sometimes in restaurants they want to take your card away to charge it. Never accept this and always offer to go with the waiter to the machine if it is not technically possible to bring it to your table.

After your return carefully examine your transaction sheet for next two months to make sure nothing unusual is seen there.

In Turkey credit cards are more and more accepted as people are now almost addicted to credit cards.
