It depends... do you know her in person at all? If you don't, then she could just think you're a creepy old man, internet safety is important you know, especially at age fourteen. Otherwise, she's either busy, or she's too immature to tell you that she doesn't want to go out with you, or she's just shy and immature.

Thats probably a no. Im a really nice person and the first few times i was asked out i just ignored the person who asked me out so i didnt have to say no. now i just say no thanks. Sorry 2 break the bad news
