my boyfriend and i are in a long distance relationship and he's told me before that he's done that... i just see it as a way of him relieving is sexual frustration... it's not cheating.

HECK NO!! You can't cheat on someone with yourself... that's just madness.
Masturbation, and experimentation is a completely natural and healthy thing to do with your own body. After all if you don't know how you like to touch yourself how are you going to show anyone else what you like. As long as you feel the same way tell him that it is ok, that he doesn't have to feel guilty. And that it is ok, even if he isn't thinking about you when he dose it.

No, it's definitely not cheating and he shouldn't feel bad about it. Most people do it and alot of people lie and say they don't lol. It's totally normal and most guys do it at least once a day. He has no reason to feel guilty about it.

I used to feel jealous when my husband beat off. I dont know why I felt that way. Maybe, insecure. I know it is not cheating and would rather he beat off than to cheat. Also, there are times when I cant give him sex like when I am on my period. These are times when I give him a bj or I watch him beat off, and talk dirty to him. It actually excites me to watch. It is better that they are doing "themselves", than going elsewhere for pleasure. I'd be glad that my b/f was doing that and not cheating, and appreciate that they even have a guilty conscious.
