Put them in a pillow case after you have warmed them in a microwave.

Put DRY beans in a CLEAN tube sock. Heat in microwave for 1 minute. Won't last for very long but will definately work!

Rice and beans do work but many commercial pillows are made with flax seeds...

Try using dry rice...it works a lot better.

MINE IS RICE, JUST FROM THE STORE. HEAT FOR 1 TO 3 MIN IN THE MICROWAVE. REALLY HELPS, BUT DON'T GET IT TO HOT. DON'T WANT TO BURN YOURSELF.
