What a wonderful idea! Think of all the people you could meet and exchange breads with, or whatever it is you are baking! A kiln for pottery would be nice, and a mill, and equipment that you have to rent and everyone uses. Best of luck to you!

you will make astma patents worse with the wood smoke not to mention you add to green house gases
