legally no he is not responsible to pay you child support since the court system has no way to trace him since he has no social security number or green card. the only catch is if he had a ti#(tax payer id #) he can be traced this way but if he works under fake name or social security number u are outta luck and there is nothing that can be done. you can speak to him and see if he is willing to help u finically but have him deport is not really going to help because most cops wont mess with a little thing like child support it has to be a felony before the deport him..

What does this have to do with immigration? Why do you think we have the term dead beat dads....That term is not for illegal aliens ... but for Americans.....Well to answer your question? Only a mother can have a baby right? So the dad would support the baby on his wages made here in the USA now if he is deported the government will have to pick up the slack huh? Now a counter question? What happens when a man gets an illegal woman pregnant?

Chances are, NO. He will likely NOT support the child and lotsa luck to you in trying to make him do so.

If he is still in the states, you can tell him that you will have him deported unless he pays. If he goes back home, you are hosed.
